What is the conference language?
The official language of the conference is English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

What are the registration fees?
Registration fees cover access to the conference area, official programme, coffee breaks and lunch.
Please note that the registration fees are quoted exclusive of VAT (20%).

How to pay the fee?
EUPSF registration platforms is secure to make online payments by card. Payements on site will be possible through an app.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received at secretariat@eupsf.org by 15 October 2023 will be reimbursed 50% of the paid fee. Cancellations received after 15 October 2023 are not refundable.
