The conference programme is scheduled from 08:30 to 18:30 on Friday, 24 October 2025.
Detailed schedule for this event will be added here in due course.

The official language of the conference is English. There will be no simultaneous translation this year.

You will receive the certificate of participation on-site, at the conference registration desk.

Registration fees cover access to the conference area, official programme, coffee breaks and lunch.
The registration system will open on 1st May 2025 at the very latest.

Please note that the registration fees are quoted exclusive of German VAT (19%).

“Patient representative fee” is meant for all persons working for or official representatives of not-for profit organisations which are patient focused, and whereby patients and/or carers (the latter when patients are unable to represent themselves) represent a majority of members in governing bodies. Please note that the hospital representatives or healthcare professionals employed by a hospital are not eligible for this fee.

Patient representatives wishing to attend the conference are asked to contact the EUPSF secretariat, explaining their role and position, and will receive a special registration link with adapted fees.

EUPSF registration platform is secure to make online payments by card. Payment of the fee by a bank transfer is also possible.

Cancellations received at secretariat@eupsf.org by 30 September 2025 will be reimbursed 50% of the paid fee. Cancellations received after 30 September 2025 are not refundable.
